1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cocoa Glow Collections. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.
2. About Our Products
All Cocoa Glow products are handcrafted in small batches. Because our formulations are made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and sent may occur between batches. These variations are natural and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Product images are provided for reference. While we work to display our products accurately, screen settings may cause slight differences in appearance.
3. Cosmetic Products - Important Disclaimer
Cocoa Glow products are cosmetic body care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Full ingredient lists are provided on every product page and product label. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing and consult your physician or dermatologist is you have questions.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund issued.
5. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for the future.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Two-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Processing tie is separate from transit time. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery timelines are controlled by USPS and are not guaranteed by Cocoa Glow.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged product
A photo of the shipping box and packaging as received
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be honored.
Please retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
8. Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products and for the health and safety of all of our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This policy does not affect your right to file a damage claim under Section 7.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once USPS confirms delivery to the address provided, Cocoa Glow Collections Enterprise LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office to file a claim with USPS directly.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, product descriptions, photography, logos, formulations, and the taglines “Aged to Perfection. Born to Reign.” - is the property of Cocoa Glow Collections Enterprise LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11. Limitation and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocoa Glow Collections Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through this site us used solely to process orders, provide customer service, and - with your consent - send marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
